For Instant Tailoring Service Process:
Estimated time of completion and handover to the shipping unit: 1 to 3 wokring days.
Step 1: Select a Garment:
Choose the type of clothing you’d like tailored (shirt, trousers, dress, etc.) from our custom tailoring catalog.
Step 2: Provide Measurements:
Take your own measurements and submit them through our online form. Or, schedule an appointment for one of our staff members to take your measurements at your home or at our store.
Step 3: Choose Materials and Design:
Select your preferred fabric, style, color, and accessories (buttons, zippers, etc.).
Step 4: Payment and Order Confirmation:
Make a full payment. Receive order confirmation and estimated completion time.
Step 5: Fitting (if possible in person):
We will schedule a fitting for you to try on the garment and make any necessary adjustments.
Step 6: Completion and Delivery:
Once finalized, your custom-tailored garment will be delivered to you.
For Available Items Process (ready-made garments, handmade fashion accessories, handicrafts & souvenirs)
Estimated time of completion and handover to the shipping unit: 1 to 2 working days.
Step 1: Product Search:
Customers visit the store’s website or app and search for desired products using categories or the search bar.
Step 2: View Product Details:
Customers click on a product to view detailed descriptions, sizes, materials, colors, prices, and images.
Step 3: Select Product Specifications:
Customers choose their desired size, color, and quantity.
Step 4: Add to Cart:
Click “Add to Cart” and review the items in the shopping cart.
Step 5: Checkout:
Enter shipping information, select a payment method (credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.), and confirm the order.
Step 6: Order Confirmation:
Receive an email or text message confirming the order from the store.
Step 7: Shipping and Delivery:
The store processes the order, packages the items, and ships them to the customer’s address.
Refund and Return
Return
We only accept returns for defective products, or products damaged during shipping. If your product is in the above cases, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Take a photo of the defective or damaged product due to shipping
Step 2: Send a request and photo via email:
You should clearly state whether you want to return the product – refund, or exchange for another product (same type or different type and same price).
For other return requests (don’t like, change your mind, etc.), we will not accept the request
Refund
After receiving the return – refund request in accordance with our above policy, we will proceed with the refund procedure for you (to the correct Paypal account or credit card you used for payment) within 3 – 7 working days
Note: we may ask you to provide your Paypal account or credit card number again to confirm the accuracy
